Sye comes to Nucerity with over seven years of exp in the direct sales industry. During her career she has trained, managed, and coached sales teams in excess of hundreds of agents. She is one of the original founding distributors of Nucerity International and has been working with the company since it’s inception in 2009. Her sales team includes hundreds of distributors from New York to California. Sye’s passion is in helping others succeed and in helping Nucerity grow and become a global name in the skin health industry.

Mary’s passion in life is skin care. She is an esthetician and a Podologist (study of the feet). She worked as an international educator as well as a key note speaker at the major trade shows. Mary managed a high end skin care line out of Paris for Goldwell of NY. Goldwell is a well known professional hair color line for the salons. While working at Goldwell, Mary trained estheticians all across NY and in other various regions of North America. When she began her career at Goldwell, the total sales for the company via 21 reps was 12k per yr for the upstate region. Mary took over that portion for the company and turned sales into 350k per yr. Mary also taught the state esthetics program and had a 100% passing rate for her students then she was able to place them into employment.
While employed with Goldwell, Mary was very instrumental in the discovery of a new and revolutionary product from Europe and was able to get the product into the US along with an entire training program to further education in the pedicure industry. A designation of Master Pedicurist was awarded via the program for nail techs across the nation who participated in the educational program.
In 2004, Mary was asked to read and assist with a manuscript written by Tom Porter. The book Your Not Aging Your Oxidizing became a hit among the esthetic community and Mary is mentioned in the book with thanks.
Mary has and continues to educate herself in the field of esthetics.
Mary has also spent a lot of time working with major distributors across the nation with training the sales reps and visiting their high end clients for further training.

Marcus has been in the direct sales and marketing business for over 12 years. During his career he represented a variety of products across different industries including: insurance, health products, and mortgages. He was the top producing mortgage loan officer at his PA based mortgage company and later moved on and built teams of outside loan officers nationwide. He has recruited & trained sales teams of hundreds of independent agents in over 25 states. As one of the founding distributors with Nucerity he is currently supporting a team of over 600 distributors which extends from California to New York.
